Gorgeous home, beautiful neighborhood, unbelievable back yard sanctuary and so much more! Newly painted, brand new furniture and open floor plan. Beamed ceilings give this home an open, light and airy feel, lots of nooks for working and doing school work or simply relaxing. The foyer and hallway and master suite have hardwood floors while the living room and other three bedrooms are all carpeted. The living room has two comfortable sofas and 2 chairs for enjoying movies on the 55" SMART TV. There is also a small marble table by the windows that seats 4. To the right of the entrance is the master bedroom with a king size bed, 40" SMART TV and 2 chairs by the windows overlooking the pool. You also have access to the outside deck through the sliding glass doors in this room. The en-suite has a double vanity and walk-in shower.
To the left of the entrance is the dining room with a large table with seating for 10. A beautiful beaded chandelier hangs above the table. Down the hallway to the left is a half bath and to the right is the kitchen. The kitchen has hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances including a Sub Zero fridge, double ovens and a 5-burner gas stove. There is a kitchen nook that overlooks the pool and has a glass top table that seats 4.
The outside deck is two levels; the upper level has a Weber grill, 6 chairs and a coffee table. The lower level has bench seating around the pool plus a table that seats 6 and an additional 4 lounge chairs. The backyard is a gorgeous retreat to hang out in, dine alfresco and enjoy your morning cocktails and meals.
Behind the kitchen you will find another bedroom with a king bed, cushioned window seat, accent chair with ottoman and a 40" SMART TV. The en-suite has a double vanity and shower. Down this hallway you will find the laundry room equipped with a sink, full size washer & dryer and plenty of cabinets and counter space. You will find another bathroom down on the left with a single vanity and tub/shower combo. The next room is a large bedroom with a king size bed, accent chair, corner desk and 32" SMART TV with DVD/VCR player. You also have access to the deck from this room. Upstairs you will find the last bedroom with 2 queen beds, a desk and a 40" SMART TV. The private bath has a single vanity and tub/shower combo.
