Your Personal boat slip on request (slip is for your own personal boat. Rental boats from non-related 3rd party are restricted due to insurance restrictions.)
Each house has its own private digital key code. You will receive the digital code the day of your arrival in Text (SMS).

ANSWERS TO FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1. YES! There is No Extra charge to dock your privately owned Boat. We can also provide free Trailer Storage upon request. One Boat/Watercraft Per Home (additional watercraft requests to be approved by management).
2. IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT BOATS! **If you are bringing a personally owned boat, we need to know at the time of booking so we can assign dock slip***
3. Due to insurance limitations, RENTAL BOAT slips are an extra fee but can be set up on request. INSTEAD OF PAYING, Ask or message us for a Boat Rental reward coupon 😊 👍 We have a relationship with a great local company who will pay for your rental BOAT slip.
