Marbella is a beautiful gated community surrounded by a wooded conservation area and located in the heart of Central Florida, just miles from the world-renowned Disney Parks and the easy access to I4 making a wealth of attractions within easy reach.
Situated within the lovely tranquil setting of Marbella our two-storey home is bright and spacious, with luxury furnishings that far exceed expectations.
The interior of this home is magnificent, it certainly has the wow factor as every effort has been given to create the most beautiful and luxurious contemporary design, that enhances this bright and airy open plan layout.
The attention to detail and luxury items placed in this home makes it not only glamorous but extremely comfortable, it really has the feel of a 5* Hotels adding to the allure of this stunning property.
The spacious interior can comfortably accommodate 10 guests and with the addition of a bedroom on the ground floor, it offers the perfect solution for clients that may have difficulty with the stairs.
The wonderful addition of an open plan loft area that has comfortable sofas and large flat screen television creates additional space which is a great place for kids spend time. The Lounge is beautiful with comfortable luxurious seating and with views to the pool deck meaning you can also keep an eye on the children from here. It also benefits from a large flat screen television and will be the hub of the home, where you can spend time together after a busy day in the parks watching a movie or catching up on a game or two.
The Second Lounge / Loft Area is situated on the upper floor and has another large luxury sofa and a further flat screen TV, which is perfect for entertaining the children or for when an important game clashes with a good movie.
The High-End Kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs and with the addition of a large breakfast bar, it is perfect for a breakfast or a quick lunch and means that you can still enjoy a little company while preparing meals.
The Dining Area is ideal for more formal dining with its elegant setting and views to the pool area where you can indulge in a family meal and enjoy chats about the day’s events and making further plans to visit more of the amazing parks and amenities that Florida has to offer.

All the bedrooms are furnished to the highest standards and each has its own beautiful individual style. The sheer elegance and comfort of these rooms, will leave you feeling truly relaxed, the perfect retreat at the end of a busy day to enjoy some quite time before heading out to dinner or joining the rest of the group for a family meal together.
The King Bedroom - Downstairs includes a King Bed, television and has a Bathroom next door that includes Bath with Shower.
The King Bedroom - Upstairs has a rich sumptuous décor that includes a King Bed and a flat screen television.
The King Suite – Upstairs again has the most luxurious interior and includes a King bed, flat screen television and the Ensuite Facilities of a Bath and separate Shower and twin basin unit.
The Queen Bedroom - Upstairs upstairs has a Queen bed, plus a flat screen television, again decorated in elegant fashion.
Twin Bedroom situated upstairs and is decorated in a more contemporary fashion with lovely bright hues that give a fresh ambience to the room and includes a flat screen television with the facilities of the Family bathroom nearby.
There is a further half bathroom located downstairs.

Resort Facilities:
The resort facilities are run by a third party.
Availability of all resort facilities is not guaranteed as part of the rental contract.
You will be required to provide your own equipment for use of the sports facilities.
Policies:
- We require your full guest list 36hrs prior to check in to avoid late or no check in.
- Swim at your Own Risk
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties or gatherings that disturb neighbours at any time.
- Disturbances which require security or law enforcement intervention carry a fine of $500 or more.
- Must be at least 28 years old to book (in compliance with Orlando Codes of Ordinances – Chapter 57)
- Photo ID required before check-in
- Stays 4 nights and under require an additional damage deposit
- Full list of guests required before check-in
- Pool Heat is an additional cost and should be requested if required
- Pool Heat is required to heat the spa
- Vacation rental communities do NOT allow parking on the road. Parking is available on the driveway only, if your home does not have a driveway it will have a single allocated parking spot.
- Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
- Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room).
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
- Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.
-Must leave proprty in the same state of cleanliness and general order as found.
